The extra scene shows Lilith talking to a character who isn’t shown on screen (likely Lucifer) who she refers to as “my Prince.” The mysterious voice asks Lilith where are his army of nephilim that she promised him. The scene ends with the voice saying that this time Lilith will get no pleasure out of her punishment for failing him as she screams while the scene fades to black.
