During the Credits
There are two extra scenes in addition to all of the extra animations shown during the credits of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.
Spoiler
In the first extra scene, Fox McCloud is shown getting in his spaceship and leaving.
In the second scene, Dry Bowser and Bowser Jr. are shown in jail with Blue Star guarding their cell and tormenting them. The scene ends with both Bowsers screaming after Blue Star tells them that death is the only way they can escape.
After the Credits
There is a stinger after the credits of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.

The monkey, Ukiki, is shown still at the Gateway Galaxy stealing more supplies. As Ukiki is running away, a white glove hits him in the face, knocking him down to the ground. Princess Daisy is then revealed to be the one wearing the glove as she winks at the camera and the scene ends.
