During the Credits
There are no extras during the credits besides blood stains that are shown alongside the credits.
After the Credits
There are no extra scenes after the credits, but there is a final game summary which shows player statistics and what ending the player was awarded depending on how well they played. There is also the option to start a new game with the player’s level carrying over to a new Dead Rising 2: Case Zero game.
In addition to players having the option for their stats to be carried over into a new game, players can also transfer their experience and cash to the full Dead Rising 2 game and start off at level 5.

Alternate Endings (spoilers)
There are 5 different endings depending on how many missions a player completes and if they make the bike and use it to escape on time.
Ending A: Successfully escape on the motorcycle.
There is a cutscene that shows Chuck and Katie driving away on the motorcycle and then finding Chuck’s stolen truck on the side of the road. The thief is shown dead in the front seat. Check then takes back his jacket, Zombrex, and Katie’s backpack. Chuck and Katie then proceed to drive down the road towards Vegas.
Ending B: Fail when trying to escape on the motorcycle.
Katie is shown being taken away by the military and Chuck is shown being captured and restrained.
Ending C: Bike is fully built but not used to escape on.
Same cutscene as B and D.
Ending D: Don’t complete the bike before the military arrives.
Same cutscene as B and C.
Ending F: Don’t give Katie the Zombrex on time.
There is a short cutscene that shows Chuck’s realizing that he’s failed to give Katie the Zombrex on time.
