Sony is claiming that today’s latest Uncharted 4 trailer will be the final trailer for the game… but with two weeks left until launch, it wouldn’t be shocking to see at least one more launch trailer… just like it wouldn’t be shocking if Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End really isn’t the end of the Uncharted series for the legendary developers at Naughty Dog.
In addition to the latest trailer, those in attendance at PAX East 2016 were able to play the game’s multiplayer mode, Plunder, on the showroom floor. It’s being reported by those who went hands on that fans who loved the mode in Uncharted 2 will be pleased that the developers are re-introducing the beloved CTF-inspired mode with a few tweaks and hilarious new emotes — which you can watch in the video below… Shut up and take our money already, Naughty Dog!
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is set for release on May 10, 2016 on PlayStation 4.
Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter Nathan Drake is forced back into the world of thieves. With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure. His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.
