The first two and a half minutes of the credits of That Awkward Moment feature extra scenes, including a blooper reel and a cameo in the final scene.

Jason, Daniel, Mikey, and Ellie are hanging out. Mikey (Michael B. Jordan) says, “I might be really fucked up, but I think Omar from The Wire is sitting on our couch.” The other three turn their heads toward the other side of the room, and the camera pans to reveal Omar (Michael K. Williams) busy playing Halo. Director Tom Gormican yells off screen, “It’s him! It’s him!” The others cheer and join Omar on the other couch. Michael B. Jordan played Wallace on The Wire and is good friends with Michael K. Williams, who visited the set. Gormican, a fan of the show, asked Williams to appear in his film.
