During the Credits
There is an extra scene during the credits of Sinners.

In the extra scene, Sammie is shown now as an old blues man finishing a show at a jazz bar in October 1992. The bar tender informs them that two people wanted to say hello despite the bar being closed. The two enter and are revealed to be Stack and Mary. Smoke allowed Stack to live on the condition that he leave Sammie alone. After Sammie plays for Stack and Mary, he states that before the sun went down that night in ’32, it was the best night of his life and asks Stack if he felt the same. To which Stack replies it was without a doubt. It was the last time he saw his brother and the sun. Stack pays for the time and he and Mary leave the bar after having their offer of eternal life rejected by Sammie.

There is an extra scene after the credits of Sinners.
