Show More Details and Spoilers »

The extended cut of the Now You See Me on Blu-ray added in an extra scene midway through the credits. It shows them earlier on in the film where the Four Horsemen are driving through the desert in a van. They get out of the car and walk through an abandoned and partly destroyed junk yard. They go into a room and find everything they need for their performances shown previously in the film, and Jesse Eisenberg’s character makes a remark about how he doesn’t want there to be matching uniforms. All four of them notice the cards laid out on one box and a picture of the eye can be seen in the background. The credits continue to roll once the scene ends.

After the Credits

Just saw this at a sneak peek.

    No stinger during the Credits

After the credits the Title is shown. No real stinger.

Thanks Tario! But what about during the credits? Anything extra or just the normal black and white credits?

      • Tario70

During the credits is just the standard black & white text.

    Hello guys!
Do you know what’s the song that they play during the final credits?

THERE IS A SCENE DURING THE CREDITS!!! they’re all at ‘the eye’ I think and they need the card to access ‘new gear’ but they dont have it. probably what the sequel is going to be about!

    • Xithryl

This is true!!! Maybe it wasn’t in Theatres though idk

      • THRobinson

I thought it took place after they all met, and before they became famous… basically where they trained and planned everything.

    • Vaccino

But they were all wearing the same clothes from the very beginning, when they saw the blue prints. I bet the crates were all the equipment for the entire trick.

      • Cass_Atkins

Correct. When production first filmed that scene it was intended to go before the revealing of the Four Horseman’s rise to game in Las Vegas, and after the blue prints scene in the abandoned apartment. When the film was in post production, editing along with production and director. Decided it was not needed to further the storyline. However it was an insert that could be used at the middle of the ” Roll credits ” which would not only show how they got the materials from the secret society ” The Eye ” needed to perform all Magik Tricks for their show, but would also lead discussions and inquisitions into the aforementioned sequel. Which has most recently been green lit for and is currently in production.

      Spot on kaz!

The movie should have ended on the bridge. I dont know why the car crash was shown again, but the desert scene was an alternate ending.

I DL’d the same version as you lol, it was just a goof. It was supposed to show them put the lock on the fence and throw the key in the water, it was not supposed to go back to the car accident. I was like “The fuck?”

      • SecrtSqurl

Yeah, it is funny how so many people can’t look it up. I had the same reaction….. WTF? then I googled it and got enlightened…. lol

There is a scene during the credits in Extended Cut. All main characters appear in old park with attractions, they go underground and find a boxes of stuff for their next tricks and shows (for sequel).

Extra scene wasn’t included on my Netflix version. Really starting to not like Netflix with so many new Blu-rays not including the extended cuts or any other extras. Getting to a point where just downloading everything for free is not only cheaper but gets you the better version.
