During the Credits
There are two extra scenes during the credits of Morbius.

In the first scene, Adrian Toomes (The Vulture) appears out of prison without charges, likely due to the events caused by Spider-Man and Doctor Strange.
The second scene shows Morbius driving his car and waiting for someone. That someone is revealed to be The Vulture who also makes reference to the events from Spider-Man: No Way Home.
After the Credits
There is no stinger after the credits of Morbius.
