During the Credits

The first two and a half minutes of the credits of Moana contain thematic objects from the film. This is followed by a brief dance sequence by Maui’s tattoo. The remainder of the credits contains thematic drawings and artwork.

After the Credits

There is an extra scene after the credits of Moana.

In the extra scene, Tamatoa (Jermaine Clements) is shown still on his back from the fight earlier in the film. He asks to be flipped over, lamenting that if his name were Sebastian (the crab from The Little Mermaid), then the audience would have helped him by now.

There is also a brief vocal audio clip after the credits.
