During the Credits
There is an extra scene during the credits of Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

Dana Barrett (Sigourney Weaver) finally makes her appearance. She is seen with Peter Venkman (Bill Murray), who she has hooked up to a machine capable of providing electric shocks to test if he has psychic abilities. She asks him what is on the backside of a card – a scene reminiscent of one from the first film in which Peter is conducting the same test. They joke as she zaps him a few times.
After the Credits
There are two extra scenes after the credits of Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

The first scene is a short moment from 1984 in which Janine Melnitz is shown giving Egon a lucky coin before heading into the 550 Central Park West building aka “Spook Central” from the original film.
The second scene shows Winston Zeddemore (Ernie Hudson) talking to Janine about his time as a ghostbuster and how it added to his success. He then steps into their old firehouse office with the Ecto-1 and the red light blinking on the ghost cage.
