There is an extra scene that shows Bullseye in the hospital in a full body cast, with only his eyes and a couple of fingers not casted. A fly is shown buzzing around him, then his fingers twitch toward a toothpick on the table next to his hospital gurney. The sound of the fly stops as the camera shows his eyes looking satisfied.
