Admittedly, after the last few Arkham games, the Batman has started to overstay his welcome. With each game being so similar to the last, it’s hard to get hyped for yet another in a franchise that has been inching closer and closer to annual release territory with a new game launch every two years.
But with every new trailer and look at gameplay we see for Rocksteady’s return (and promised last take on the series), Arkham Knight climbs up the ranks of 2015’s most anticipated games.
“Gotham is Mine” is the latest epic trailer that will give you goosebumps as it shows a closer look at Scarecrow uniting the Rogues Gallery, including Two-Face, the Penguin, the Riddler, the Arkham Knight, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy. The infamous villains are bringing all-out war as they try to take down The Dark Knight, and claim Gotham City as their own in the first darker M-rating game in the series.
After numerous delays, Batman: Arkham Knight is finally set for release June 2, 2015 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
