The extra audio is of Sam calling his daughter and telling her he’s okay, he’ll always come back for her, and that he loves her. After that Sam and Vic can be heard talking about the elephant in Thailand story once again.
After the Credits
There is a very brief stinger shown after the credits.

Once the credits stop rolling, Sam and Vic are shown getting back together and about to interrogate Sadiq after Sam chose to capture and detain him instead of killing him at the very end of the game.
