There are extra animated cartoons of characters, objects, and scenes from the movie during nearly the first three minutes of the credits of Nanny McPhee Returns. About eight minutes into the credits, there is a brief extra scene that lasts about 15-20 seconds.

The extra scene features the baby elephant enjoying the Scratch-O-Matic by itself. The device had been used earlier in the film by the children to scratch the piglets.
