The extra scene reveals that The Motherfucker is alive in a hospital room guarded by a cop in the hallway. However, The Motherfucker is missing half of both of his legs, and as he struggles to reach a cup of water nearby, he yells, “Is anybody there? Hello? Some help please? The shark bit my fucking dick off! I can’t get some water?”
