During the Credits

Unlike the last movie, the extra scene featuring a new cameo is shown soon after the credits start (about 15 seconds in) and after a brief warning regarding the stunts performed. Check out more details about the Fast & Furious 6 mid-credits scene, which lasts nearly a minute and a half, below.

Show Full Details (Warning: Spoilers!) »

The extra scene is an extended scene from The Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift (the third movie in the franchise). Han is shown street racing an RX-7 in Shibuya, Tokyo, against two others. The police are alerted as the racers drift through crowded streets and intersections. Suddenly, a silver custom reinforced Mercedes-Benz S-Class broadsides Han’s car, resulting in a rollover crash. Jason Statham (reportedly playing Owen Shaw’s brother, Ian Shaw) walks out of the Mercedes, walks by an immobile Han in his car, throws Dom’s necklace next to Han’s burning car and calls Dom to tell him, “You don’t know me, but you’re about to.” The scene ends with the RX-7 exploding in a big fire, presumably with Han dead inside.

After the extra scene there are no other extras during the credits of Fast & Furious 6.

There is an extra scene before the credits, just after a disclaimer about the stunt driving in the movie (“don’t try this at home…”). It is certainly worth staying for in my opinion.

There are no additional extras during or after the credits.

WARNING: SPOILER FOLLOWS describing the extra scene:

Han is shown street racing an RX-7 in Shibuya, Tokyo with two others. The police are alerted and monitoring their location. A lot of drifting / racing ensues.

Suddenly, a silver car broadsides Han, resulting in a rollover crash. Jason Statham walks out of the car, walks by an immobile Han in his car, and calls Dom to tell him that he’s after him. The scene ends with the RX-7 exploding in a big fire, presumably with Han dead inside.

Hey i just want to add up something in this thread,

I just watched again FF6, After the tank scene where Shawn was caught. Han and Giselle were talking about settling down and staying in one place. Giselle told ” Tokyo”, :”Tokyo it is” said Han.

On the barbecue scence, Tej and Tyresse asked Han what are his plans and answered Tokyo. So we can conclude that the spoiler scene, Han really went to Tokyo as a promise to Giselle. as written above:

“Suddenly, a silver car broadsides Han, resulting in a rollover crash.
Jason Statham walks out of the car, walks by an immobile Han in his car,(THROWS THE CROSS WHICH WAS OWNED BY MIA GIVEN BY DOM, SHOWN TO SHAW AND SHAW LEFT IT ON THE TABLE)
and calls Dom to tell him that he’s after him. The scene ends with the
RX-7 exploding in a big fire, presumably with Han dead inside.

Therefore, that scene has nothing to do with tokyo drift.

If the scene occurs before the credits . . . then isn’t it a part of the movie? Oh well, I guess we’ll find out next week.

    • TheAznOne

Well the movie ended of course then black screen. RIght after the extra scene starts up and last about a minute.

  • ash

jus saw the movie but if this does happen then what about the race in tokyo drift with dom whne does that happen and it didnt even finish.

    • TheAznOne

That happened probably a couple weeks after beating DK in the race.

  • ash

ye my bad race with dom happens months later so ye i get where jason statham would fit in now.

This stinger is amazing! The Next chapter will be the spin-of with Hobbs or directly Fast7?

P.S.At the end i was hoping that Han was saved by something of sci-fi, but nothing .. :( Was a great character.

    • Erik

At one point i though i heard dom’s charger, turned out to be that Mercedes though…

Wait a minute, in the post-credits of Fast nd furious 6, did thet just link Tokyo Drift and Fast and Furious 7??? Insuinutating that Tokyo Drift was actually the future of Fast and Furious 6?

    • http://MediaStinger.com/ Paul Curtin

Tokyo Drift has always been linked to the series. Check my review. Spoilers: With Han dying in 3, then being in 4, 5, and 6. It’s always been said that the order of the films is 1 2 4 5 6 3, then 6′s scene during the credits.

    • Alexander

Ehm have you been paying any attention whatsoever? You do realize that Han was seen in FF4, that should make it OBVIOUS that Tokyo Drift is played IN THE FUTURE. Jeesus ur stooopid hahaha

  • EddieR33

So they can re-introduce Sean and Neela to the series: Dom becomes friends with him because of his friendship with Han….. and we can go on for a few more years ;-)
