During the Credits
There is an extra scene half way through the credits of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

The extra scene sets up another Doctor Strange sequel. Doctor Strange, spouting a third eye as the result of his actions in the movie, meets a character played by Charlize Theron, obviously meant to be Clea from the comics, on the streets of New York. She tells him he has caused an incursion and offers to help, opening a portal. Doctor Strange agrees and they step through the portal into a typical psychedelic landscape from the comics.
After the Credits
There is a stinger after the credits of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

The second scene is a continuation of the previous scene shown during the credits. Bruce Campbell sits in an outdoor location and slaps himself repeatedly in the face. He then shouts “It’s over!” three times.
