After years of delays due to different directors, screen writers and actors dropping out of a film version of The Green Hornet, it looks like Seth Rogen’s version is finally coming together with Rogen writing and starring as the Green Hornet. T
he film also features Jay Chou who is playing the role of Kato after replacing Stephen Chow (Kung Fu Hustle), Christoph Waltz (Inglorious Basterds) replacing Nicolas Cage as the lead villain and Cameron Diaz as the Green Hornet’s love interest.
From the looks of the trailer, the movie could still go either way, but at least it’s something for Rogen to show after nothing but news of setbacks for the last couple years.
