There are extra animated fighting scenes followed by an extra scene shown midway through the credits of Shazam!.

In the first extra scene, Dr. Thaddeus Sivana is shown in a jail cell scrawling various symbols on the walls when he hears a voice telling him how to obtain ultimate power. It is shown to be a large caterpillar sitting on the window to his cell. (This is believed to be Mister Mind.)
After the Credits
There is a stinger after the credits of Shazam!.

Billy (as Shazam) is shown talking to a fish in a fish bowl while Freddy circles something on a notepad saying, “Shazam can’t communicate with fish.” The two then argue if that is a cool superpower or not.
