One of Nintendo’s best and most beloved series of all time is about to face a new challenger, but this time coming from outside the Nintendo universe and on another console. PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale (not to be confused with WWE All Stars) looks to take the same unique fighting game style from Super Smash Bros. that won over casual and hardcore gamers by creating a melting pot of franchise fan favorites and pitting them against one another in a fight to the death.

Developer SuperBot Entertainment is still not giving away too much in terms of their roster of all-stars and is teasing that many fan favorites will be making appearances in addition to leading characters from third-party games. So far the following playable characters have been announced: Kratos (God of War), Sly Cooper (Sly), Mael Radec (Killzone), Sweet Tooth (Twisted Metal), Fat Princess (Fat Princess), PaRappa the Rapper (PaRappa the Rapper).
