In the first extra scene, Noctis and his crew are shown sitting around a camp fire. Noctis explains that he’s made his peace.
After the Credits
There is a second extra scene after the credits of Final Fantasy XV.

In the post-credits scene, the sun is shown rising on various locations from throughout the adventure.
Regis can then be heard saying his son, Noctis, has made him proud as the camera pans to an empty thrown with a picture of Noctis and his friends on the arm rest. Noctis is then shown picking up the picture while sitting on the throne and kissing Lunafreya.
Lunafreya’s final pose on the throne is then revealed to be the same pose shown in the game’s logo.
Noctis can be heard saying, “Thank You” with the word, “Fin” shown as the game officially ends.
