I dunno if I would say it’s actually during the credits. The montage plays after the end of the movie so only anybody who leaves early will miss it, but the credits don’t appear until after the montage ends. But either way, it’s a nice touch.

  I think most of the previous movies’ death scenes are included, but definitely not all of them. Of the ones shown, I’d say more than half of them were converted to 3D.
