During the Credits
There is an extra scene during the credits of Eternals.

In the mid-credits scene, the crew of the Domo are wondering why they aren’t getting signals from the Eternals left on Earth. Pip the Troll is shown teleporting on board, followed by Thanos’ brother Eros/Starfox, who tells them that their friends are in trouble and he knows how to help them.
After the Credits
There is a stinger after the credits of Eternals.

Dane Whitman is alone in what looks like a castle room where he opens a box and finds a black sword that could possibly be the Ebony Blade. As he reaches for it, the sword reacts to his presence and a voice asks him if he is really sure.
