Spoiler
The extra scene shows a new male character receiving a package at his apartment in the middle of the day. After putting the package down and continuing to talk to his mom on the phone it is revealed that he is Andy Barclay (played by Alex Vincent who was the original Andy in Child’s Play 1 & 2). While his back is turned and Woody Woodpecker plays in the background, Chucky cuts himself out of the box with a giant knife. Right when Chucky pops out of the box the camera switches to reveal that Andy is ready for him this time with a shotgun in his face. Chucky being surprised and caught off guard shouts “Andy!” and the scene switches to black as the sound of the shotgun going off is heard.
