In the extra scene, Peter Parker is shown back home with a small gadget in his room. Aunt May comes in and Peter quickly hides the device and tells her a story about being bullied by a boy from Brooklyn (Cap earlier in the airport scene). When Aunt May leaves, Peter looks up at the ceiling to show the light the gadget was emitting: his Spiderman signal Tony Stark made for him.
